Scala Blue Sequin Off Shoulder Zig Zag Cocktail Dress Size 4

This dress is awesome! One of my favorites and very unique. The blue sequins are very eye-catching and you will not look like anyone else in the room. Tag says size 6 but it fits like a 4. I am 5'4" and was 133 when I wore this. It's only been worn 2x and is in excellent shape.
