Scalia sparkly bead silk navy dress

A stunning off the shoulder Scala dress that hits above the knee, with a fitted boned top and flowing skirt. Made of navy silk, and embroidered with beads and sequins. The top has a unique cut out (see photo) that is reminiscent of Taylor Swifts 2010 Grammy dress (but with a flowing skirt).
