Scallop hem, short sleeve, knee length dress.

I’ve never worn this dress but it has a 1” OPEN SEAM ON THE COLLAR, I point out in pic. Easily fixable but I have no clue how to sew. It’s versatile and classic ... you can wear it to a wedding or a funeral or even to work with a cardigan on if you don’t mind getting hit on all day. The fabric has a little give in it too, so it’s quite comfortable. I would give it away but it’s too cute and handy to let go into a dark bin somewhere. Offers are most welcome for this item.
