Scallop-Hemmed Long-Sleeve Lulus Mini Dress

I’ve never gotten a chance to wear this, and unfortunately it’s a little too small for me. From top to bottom, the dress measures 31”. Armpit to armpit, 17”. The fabric is slightly stretchy. I would say that it runs a little bit small. GUC! Send me offers/bundles!
