Scalloped Hem Dress

Casual, yet trendy scalloped help dress with snap closure in the back and a tie around the upper waist/lower chest. Includes a coordinating hairbow on an alligator clip. It measures 13-15" from underarm to hem (scallops cause this number to vary) and 11" across from underarm to underarm when stretched out. Designed and produced with love and care in-house.
