Scalloped edge navy blue blouse

Excellent condition cute navy blue blouse with scalloped edge along hem and sleeves. Boatneck, oversized/relaxed fit. No size listed but I'm a size small and it was very oversized, so I would say it's a medium, but still drapes nicely if you're smaller! Easy to dress up or down for all occasions.
