Please look out for these new users on Poshmark and warn other when you see one. The moderation team does not care about removing them efficiently. What to look out for -new account with 1 to 3 “designer items” -unresponsiveness -circulated pictures often held by gloves -no picture/blurry picture/fake name/always a new account -most often sells chanel sunglasses, hats, jewelry & gucci belts, jewelry, scarves ALL ITEMS ARE CHEAP REPLICAS. The mass scammers are claiming them as authentic.

busylizzie @ameliamoreno I’ve sold Chanel under $500 due to damage but it’s always to people who know their Chanel. I wouldn’t buy from someone who doesn’t have a good resale of designer shoes and handbags.👍🏼

ameliamoreno @busylizzie Right! I truly don’t understand how they can be on top of them. It would be so easy to have someone go through the listings. I’ve reported some for 5 days straight by then it’s too late all the items have been purchased. They should just hire me lol. I feel like they don’t care because they get a cut of the profits, considering how many thousands of dollars have been scammed from people.

busylizzie @ameliamoreno 🤣I would be willing to do it as a FT job at-home as well! I always report fakes but get tired of them just popping up under another name. Poor people wasting their money on fake bags and jewelry...it’s horrible!

ameliamoreno @melainek1 It’s crazy to me! I’ve emailed Posh support directly lists of names and they still won’t remove the accounts. I love Poshmark but they really lack in this department compared to everything else.

nikolette Your awesome for posting this. Once I noticed this stuff. I report them all in hopes they take them off but they just keep making new accounts. You can tell from their dumb wording like ‘98 as new” or “this one like new”. And the gloves. I will share this. Thx.

nikolette @ameliamoreno I agree. Just tonight I clicked on so many scammer people and I hit report like 10 times each. LOL. Poshmark has no problem taking 20 % of our items but are they looking out for us on here w getting these fakes off. I don’t think so. Hopefully people all start recognizing these. I commented on someone’s page that was interested in an item and got cursed out and reported because I’m “causing drama” so this is my second post lol 😂😂😂 You too 😊

ameliamoreno @vbmg152 of course. posh doesn’t care :/ they could ban them so easily but don’t because they get 20% of the thousands they steal from people. i’ve emailed them lists of usernames, report them 20 times they’re NEVER deleted. where as someone, a “regular” person posts a suspicious item it’s removed within hours. i’ve lost complete respect for the platform.

osakagirl @ameliamoreno Not sure how old this post is or if these scammers are still selling on here (hope not!) but I bought a FAKE “Vintage Gucci Bag” on here and thank God I got my money back. I can’t believe she was still allowed to sell on here after that AND after I reported her other fake Chanel, Hermes, etc!
