This isn’t the sellers fault. The seller never gets the money if the order is cancelled. Poshmark has the money and would have issued a refund after the order was cancelled.

Buyers don’t issue refunds. Even if they cancel an order. All of that is on Poshmark’ end. Sometimes it takes a few days for the amount to go back to your card depending on your bank. But I’d contact them if it is an unreasonable amount of time.

@brendagarcia988 You had the option within the first few days of receiving the item to return to seller if it wasn’t described properly for a refund as long as you send it back. So not sure why you didn’t do that. But it’s a very easy process. Something to know for next time I guess.

@brendagarcia988 poshmark would've refunded you, the seller doesn't get your money until after you (the buyer) releases their funds by accepting the order or 3 days after delivery it'll be auto released. I'm sorry you had a bad transaction on Posh,
