Scammer or not?

I have been seeing so many "scammer" post lately and I think it's more than terrible and it really shows how low people will go for a buck. However, in my experience when I sold an item to someone the status literally said in process till it was delivered! The tracking didn't even come up on poshmark! So I think that recently USPS has not been scanning. IM NOT SAYING THIS IS THE CASE FOR EVERYTHING OR EVERYONE. There are tons of shady people on here I just wanted to share my experience.
