Scandal Made in Italy Silk Blend Blue Blouse w/Sequins & Bell Sleeves (L)

This steel blue colored blouse has floral like cut outs on the bottom, ends of sleeves and on the chest. Sequins are also down the center of the chest, and there is a tie at the top (the tie is a little worn). The sleeves are 3/4 bell sleeves, and the bottom has a ruffle like design. This top is missing the size tag, but according to my measurements, I believe it to be a large, approximate measurements are shown in photos.
