Scandalicious brand tunic/top. Polyester cotton rayon blend material. Lightweight sweater feel. Hand wash. 3/4 length dolman sleeves. Round neckline. Gray Swarovski crystals on sleeves. Hi low hem so back covers booty. So much cuter in person. New with tags, closeout from my store. Measurements are misleading because of dolman sleeves. They fit true to size. Small (measurements are my own, taken flat & approximate): 24” across front from armpit to armpit , 25” long in front, 29” in back. LBD-110
