Scanlan and Theodore Mid-Length Skirt

This beautifully made skirt has a silk ribbon tie which can be tied in a bow at the front or back. 100% viscose that looks and feels like silk. Waist: 16" (to be cinched with belt) Length: 23" Good condition with tiny spot stains at top back right and front right near creases (see pictures).
