Scarlett Midi Fitted Blue Dress, lace & sparkle

Worn once, beautiful flattering, blue lace dress with light sparkle. lining is not in sleeves or last few inches of dress, which has a really beautiful effect. Fabric has good stretch and dress silhouette is very fitted. It is a nice compromise between classy/formal, with a bit of pizzazz from the sparkle Size 8. Sleeves are ~15", dress is approximately 40" from shoulder to hem.
