Scarlett fit-and-flare dress

Lovely ivory with black floral print in a fit-and-flare silhouette. Fabric has a slub and sheen texture--think synthetic dupioni. The waist is accented with a trio of black bands and tiny bows. Fully lined. Zipper and hook and eye closure on the back. There is one small pulled thread on the front of the skirt (see pic 15). Due to the texture of the fabric, it's not very noticeable. There is also a small stain at the underarm area on the right-hand side of the dress--see pic 16. Stain looks like ink, maybe--it's a tiny black drop.
