Scarves By Vera Neumann Soroptimist International Jubilee Souvenir Scarf Flags 1971.  Pre-owned and in excellent condition.  100% silk and hand-rolled.   Made in Japan. Scarf celebrates the 50th anniversary of Soroptimist International of the Americas(SIA) formed in 1921.  The scarf, white with blue border and colorful flags of all nations belonging to the organization, measures approximately 27 inches square.   Two names can be found at bottom corners: perhaps Alma Monani and Mildred Sproot.  Please review pictures for additional information.  Comes from a pet-free and smoke-free environment.
