Measurements: Shoulder to Shoulder across the back: 20.5" Armpit to Armpit across the chest: 24.5" Neck to bottom hem down the back: 39" Arm length, shoulder seam to bottom of cuff: 13.5" Neck circumference: 19" This has no size tag but it seems to be a women's "medium." No buttons, only one fastener along the top just under the trim. Arms are barely even 3/4 length, more like half-length.
