10 3/4" tall, 5 1/4" across it's bottom, and 6 1/2" from it's handle to spout, this beauty is in phenomenal condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, or wear to any of it's color.
Imperial PSL Empire" is also known as "Imperial Austria" The PSL is Pfeiffer & Lowenstein Factory of Schlackenwerth, Bohemia, Austria. Founded in 1873 by Ludwig Lowenstein in Ostrov, Czech Republic (then Schlackenwerth, Bohemia Austria), the factory was managed by Josef Pfeiffer Jr in the 1900's, and was renamed Pfeiffer & Lowenstein. In 1938 the Nazis seized the factory and renamed it Porcelain Factory Schlackenwerth Josef Pfeiffer.
After the war, the owners were Luise & Wilhelm Pfeiffer and George von Hoffmann until it closed in 1949.
** I have attached other tankards from same time/company for comparison. Circa 1920s - 40s.
This is an exceptional piece and was well cared for!
