Unfinished cloth edges. Woven cloth upper. Button detail. 1.25 inch wedge. Purchased at a London shoe store over 10 years ago. Uk size 38. I normally wear a size 7.5 or 8 in American sizes. Insole length approx 10 inches. See pics for details.
