Schutz size 40 tall cinnamon brown suede boots

Schutz size 40 (9.5/10) cinnamon brown tall suede boots. Never worn outside but has some “try on” wear. Pictures provided (left boot’s zipper fabric interface is “crumbly”. Zippers in excellent condition but could use a bit of lubricant). Otherwise the boots are in great condition. Very slight scuffs in one or 2 spots that buffing would eliminate. Priced accordingly
