Scoop NYC Blue A-Line Dress, Size Small

This is a navy blue dress that I purchased from Scoop NYC in the size small. This has a fitted bodice, an empire waist, and an a-line skirt. This is 53% viscose, 44% nylon, and 3% spandex. The reverse side of the tag reads “hand wash cold, dry clean only.” I only wore this one time to a wedding and received many compliments on this. I purchased it brand new for $278.
