Scoop Neck Bandage Dress

Scoop neck (needs a velvet hanger to stay on) bandage mini dress. I would wear it as a shirt tucked into skirts because it was so short on me. I have an hourglass frame though, with large chest/hip measurements, so I'm sure it would fit differently on a smaller frame!
