Scoop Neck and Open-Back Striped Dress w/ Belt (Size L)

Red and off-white striped with black bottom. Looks like a top and skirt outfit but actually a dress! Comes with belt, however this belt is pretty worn. The bottom portion is lined so it is not see-through. Scoop neck front and a plunging back. Size Large.
