Scoop back navy sequins mini dress

This dress is gorg on!! Bought for New Years Eve and only worn once... this is from much skinnier days 😫 Size large, but runs small IMO (I was an athletic 130# when I wore). Dress is a bit wrinkled from storage. See pics for measurements, but dress does have some stretch. Neckline hits around collarbone but back scoops. Wish I had pics from when I wore.
