Super cute! Very comfortable scoop neck blouse. It was one of my favorites to wear. It’s so darn cute. It is button down and has a cute tie at the top. There are cats all over it and the sleeves are short, but adorable. It is rather long, but that is another thing I like about it. Nothing wrong with it. I lost a bunch of weight so I am trying to get some new clothes. Please see the brand website for measurements as I do not do well with getting measurements.
