This velvet maxi dress is handmade in England by small brand Scorpio Rising. It is rust orange colored with a v neck and what they call “angel sleeves” and button detailing. It is very stretchy. Excellent, like new condition. I only wore it once and it is gorgeous but I never have the occasion for such a piece. Fits me at a size large/extra large and measurements are in photos.
