Hi! What is the cheat measurement and length of this? Is it smaller than a M since you think it might be a women’s?

@cbing_ hi! Measured flat, measurements are as follows: chest 20”, length 26”, sleeve 8.5”
I only assumed based off comparison from other scotch and soda shirts I own. It could very well be a men’s shirt.
