Scotch & Soda Midi Dress

This Scotch & Soda midi dress comes in a pretty blue color and has embroider cut outs at the neck, center chest, back, side seam, and hem. It’s 51” in length and the hem at each side seam has a an 11” slit. It’s very lightweight and has a tie belt and elastic waistband to cinch your waist. It’s only been worn a couple times and has no defects. Fits TTS. .
