Scotch & Soda Navy Blue Skirt, NWT, High Waisted, Belted with front pockets

This Scotch & Soda skirt is NWT, in perfect condition. I thought it was black when I bought it but it’s Navy blue so I’m selling it :). It’s a wrap skirt, high waisted, belted, 2 front pockets. Size XS but I’m a 28 inch waist and it fits fine so if you’re a small it would fit as well.
