Scotch & Soda quilted coat jacket

Navy quilted coat with bright blue interior and navy corduroy collar. Bought from Bloomingdale’s originally and worn a few times, needed a size larger. Size small. Fits very small- Has minor wear on the cuffs where I folded them back. See photos where I folded even more to show wear. This has not been worn enough to go to the cleaners.
