Scotch & Soda/Madison Scotch

Scotch & Soda/Madison Scotch 3/4 length printed dress. Like new, worn twice. Very cute dress! But tight in my shoulders. Dress has adjustable waist drawstring and open button exposures. Could be dressed up or down. Size sat “P’tite” (as pictured) I’d say this is a 2 standard or 4 petite based on my fit (35x27x37, back shoulders 18”)
