Scott McClintock Shimmery Black Halter dress

Beautiful special event dress. Halter style with tie straps easily adjustable. Sexy black shimmery fabric. Belt is covered with same fabric as skirt and has a sparkly rhinestone slide buckle. Top fabric is 92% acetate and 8% spandex. Lots of stretch for a lovely fit. Skirt is 70% rayon and 30% polyester. Lining is 100% acetate. Back zipper, hook and eye and belted. Worn once, good condition.
