mallerians @acjarrett Hi-- the length from the back of the neck to the hem is 31" long, the skirt from the waist to hem is 17" long, and the waist minimum is 11" minimum laid flat. The waist is elastic and has a lot of stretch. LMK if you have more questions.

mallerians @gogogrl Hi-- it's 100% polyester, light weight and hand wash. I normally wear a 0, sometimes a 2 if the bust runs narrow.

mallerians @chicestboutique Oh, for the shipping price drop. That feature only works if it is at least 10% lower than the lowest price the item has ever been listed at, so if a discount was offered for whatever reason at some point, the shipping discount won't go through.
