Scottish Tartan Skirt Blue Brown Plaid Buckles Leather Straps 10-12US 33" Waist

Can't make out the brand, but can see "Made in Scotland". Size says 42, which converts to a 10-12 US with a 33" waist. Fringe down front left edge. A buckle with leather straps on the right and 2 on the left. Great condition.There is a TINY little hole that isn't visible and I thought mending it would make it stand out. Just below that is a tiny dot of a stain, but it is also not visible. Length 27" Waist 33"
