Scripted Black Velvet Ruffle Asymmetrical Dress

35.5" length 34" bust 29" waist There is a mark across the rear where the velvet is "out of sorts". There are a couple of spots on the sleeve. I am guessing that getting the garment dry cleaned would fix this, but I make no guarantee and have priced it accordingly. Small.
