Scully Western Cold Shoulder Mini dress NWOT

This is an absolutely adorable little western cold shoulder dress by Scully that is in like new condition with no stains, tears, or fraying anywhere. This dress features a beautiful zig zag vibrant print and a cold shoulder design. This dress is a mini dress and is super soft and comfortable. The sleeves are a 3/4 cold shoulder design. Please see pictures for measurements and details. The lay flat measurements are pit to pit 17 1/2", waist is 15", hips are 17 1/2", and the sleeve measures 18 1/2".
