Sea Green Chiffon and Satin sz 0 one shoulder

NO LONGER FOR SALE, DONATED TO THE CINDERELLA AND PRINCE CHARMING PROJECT. my camera is not capturing the right color in the full length shots. Dress is a sea green aqua color and NOT turquoise blue. Beautiful ruffles from shoulder to hem. Bought it on sale but it doesn't fit me quite right but is gorgeous on a taller form. Some light snagging at the neckline (see close up).Skirt length is 17"
