The average size is approximately 7-71/2 inches. Be gentle with your bracelet and the elastic can snap if over stretched. Be sure to look at the bracelet size chart. Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist and tighten to the size you are most comfortable with then add a couple of cm to accommodate for the beads.
