Sea New York Indigo Shift Dress with White Bib, size 0

Lousy photos of a beautiful dress! Really cool short sleeved shift dress by Sea New York. The textile mimics Indigo dye, it is an abstract blue & blue-black on white that has a satisfyingly crisp, structured texture to it. The white bib is an interesting texture as well, a coated cotton of some kind. Subtle ruffled skirting at the bottom gives just enough flounce. Size 0 Shoulder to shoulder 16” Pit to pit 19” Shoulder to hem 36” Tags removed, but never worn.
