poprocks141 @rosalindgracem hi there! the waist is 15" and the bottom hem is 22". The dress measures about 19.25" about midway down between the waist and bottom hem. Yes, the worn areas have been reinforced with some denim on the inside of the garment. Ill post a picture of the inside.
