Sea level Messina high waist band bottom

Sea level, high waist, bottom high, cut legs, more of a French cut because it doesn’t give full coverage on your behind. I bought it from Splash swimwear in Australia. It doesn’t fit me and to return it would cost more than I paid for it make me an offer.
