Seafoam Lace Cut-out Shoulder Dress sz L

GUC but has a cluster of stains on front of lining inside. I can't see it on the front lace or through the lace. It has been cleaned, but stains did not come out. Really cute color for Easter. Short sleeves with cut out shoulders. 100% polyester, made in Vietnam. Measurements upon request/TBA Thank you for looking!
