Seahorse maxi

Special seahorse print maxi dress can be worn strapless or with neck ties with cut out back. Size/fabric tags removed, otherwise excellent condition, worn twice. The print/fabric is silk blend on the body of the dress in Fuchsia pink, blue, green & black. The bust part is metallic blue/silver, fully lined in black (cotton blend with slight stretch) with invisible side zipper 10" long & long (32") black neck ties. Measured flat fits up to 36" bust, 40" hips, 36" waist and is 54" long with .5" hem. The length is measured without the neck ties. Dual side slit pockets are pretty deep shown in photo. This special dress fits a US size M or 8, the body of the dress is unlined, interior has ribbon hangers. Retailed for $499, over 20 years old, clean. The print is really unique/special.
