Sean Couture Dress

This is my all time favorite dress, but it’s just too short for me now. There are some stains in the neck clasp area. One of the hooks is very loose, one is missing, and one is secure. Ultimately, only one of the hooks works well but the clasps are still intact. Measurements: Size Medium 26 1/2 inches long 16 1/2 inch Bust (With Bra Pads Sewn In) 16 inch waist
