The dress is 100% silk with a 100% polyester lining, made in India. It has a fringe bottom. It is a brand new dress, only worn to try it on. I was inspired to buy it because it looked similar to one Celine Dion wore on stage in Las Vegas. However, even though the size of the dress says "Large;" it is too small for me to wear. I wear a size 14-16. This dress is more like a size 10-12. It is for a small-busted woman. It would make a perfect party or prom dress for a young lady. It is best to dry clean it.
