Seashell Necklace with Goldtone 16” Chain NWOT

Not sure who made this beautiful seashell pendant that is painted with gold trim and shellacked but it came with the gold chain that is 16” long and has a round clasp closure and the tone of the chain is perfectly matched and paired so it has to be a manufactured item I believe. Pendant is not quite 2” long. I’ve never worn and don’t recall where I got it from.
