kcdcvintageshop Hi there! Could you please tell me how wide this measures at the hip as well as across the bottom?

mhall049 @kcdcvintageshop hi, laying flat the skirt is around 18” across the hips and due to the flowing pleats of the maxi skirt it’s hard to measure a good size for the bottom but it flares out about to 26” or so
