Sebastian Italy Dress M/L

This cute mod baby blue dress has some Alice in Wonderland vibes to it. The polyester fabric is a little thick, with cute cuffed short sleeves, a zipper up the back, and button details. There is a pen park on the inside of the collar (which can’t be seen while it’s worn), and a small pull in the front shown in one of the pictures. It fits like a Medium/Large, and pairs well with white flats. Laying flat the measurements are: Bust 16.5” across Waist 16” across and about 39.5” long
