Secret Language navy embroidered tassel dress maxi medium

Secret Language boutique embroidered tassel maxi dress, gorgeous with so much detail! Like new! Navy blue with tassels at the cuffs, hem, and front, cross stitch embroidery on the front. Lined. A loose fit, I think it was a medium but I can't find the tag anymore. PTP and waist both measure 18.5" across, then it flares out from there.
