See by Chloe wide leg pants with flared cuffs, drawstring closure and elastic at waist, side pockets, size 4 Small. Color is Snow White, but it is more like light cream color. Made in Portugal. Excellent quality workmanship. Listed dimensions with designer: 31" leg opening, 24" inseam, 32" hip, waist 26" but stretchable, rise 14". Hip can fit wider because I'm 34" hip and it fits me comfortably, medium weight fabric, 65% cotton, 33% modal, and 2% elastase. Never worn NWOT, just took the tags off
