This vintage khaki pleated size 6 mini skirt from See By Chloe was purchased from It’s A Wrap in Burbank, CA in 1998 and was labeled “Friends/Rachel”. Waist 14.25” when flat. 14.75” length. Worn once by me and possibly by Jen, I’ve searched online for the episode and haven’t found it!
